Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Failed check — not charged. If a check fails or returns no result, the credit is refunded automatically.
• Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase, subject to Israeli consumer law.
• Monthly subscription can be cancelled anytime via the customer portal; cancellation stops the next charge.

A purchase on the Service is a “distance sale” under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981. Subject to the law, you may cancel the transaction within 14 days of purchase. For a cancellation that is not due to a defect, we may charge a cancellation fee at the statutory rate (up to 5% of the transaction value or ILS 100, whichever is lower). If mandatory consumer-protection law in your country grants you additional rights, those rights are unaffected.

Credits you purchased that remain unused are fully refundable (less any applicable cancellation fee) if the request is received within 14 days of purchase. A completed check is a digital service rendered at your request; therefore the credit consumed for a check that already ran is generally non-refundable — however, every request is reviewed fairly on its merits.

You can cancel your subscription anytime via the customer portal (the “Manage subscription” button in your account). Cancellation stops the next billing cycle; you keep access and any granted credits until the end of the paid period. Payment for a period that has already started is not refunded unless required by law.

To request a cancellation or refund, contact partners@ddssourcing.com with your account and purchase details. Refunds are processed via Paddle.com Market Limited (Merchant of Record) to the original payment method, usually within a few business days. We will respond to your request within a reasonable time.
