What's a credit? A full manufacturer check = one credit. A deep analysis of a manufacturer's reply (quote, questions, spec mismatches — attachments included) = one credit, once per reply. Translation, drafts, and comparisons — no credits. Example: 3 checks + 4 analyzed replies = 7 credits.
