The short answers, before you go further.
A full report: manufacturers found in public sources with source links, a risk rating for each, what was checked and what still needs verifying (a confidence level), warning flags and points to clarify, and ready-to-send outreach drafts. (Tracking of beneficiary-detail changes across the correspondence — on the monthly subscription.) The report is decision support, not a guarantee — the decision is always yours.
A single check — $10. A 5-check pack — $45, a 12-check pack — $99, and a monthly subscription — $79 with 10 credits per month. A credit is consumed only when a check completes successfully; failed checks are never charged. Full details on the Pricing page.
A credit is the platform's unit of work. A full manufacturer check = one credit. A deep analysis of a manufacturer's reply received in the platform (quote extraction, their questions, spec mismatches — attachments included) = one credit, once per reply. Reply translation, follow-up drafts, and quote comparison don't consume credits.
Usually 10–12 minutes, 15 at most. You can close the window — we'll email you a link to the report as soon as it's ready, and it's saved to your account as well.
10 credits per month ($7.90 per check — cheaper than any pack) plus the managed loop: sending outreach to manufacturers from the platform (your click is the approval), capturing replies and translating them, AI-prepared follow-up drafts you approve, quote extraction and comparison, tracking of the payment-beneficiary details each manufacturer states, and the ability to keep working any saved check. Cancel anytime via the customer portal.
Only after your explicit approval, and only on the subscription. No message leaves without your click — not the first outreach and not a follow-up. You see every draft in English and Hebrew before sending, and the platform shows a delivery receipt for every email that went out.
We don't verify a factory's physical existence, shipping history, certificate authenticity with issuing bodies, or bank-account ownership — and we say so in every report, right next to what we did check. A DDS check is public-evidence gathering and analysis with open sources — a decision-support tool, not an insurance certificate. Before transferring money, always verify payment details by phone with the manufacturer.
Three differences: (1) independence — we're not the marketplace selling you the supplier, so we have no stake in its score; (2) coverage — we check manufacturers outside Alibaba too, with open sources you can read yourself; (3) continuity — the check doesn't end at a score: the correspondence, translation, quote comparison, and payment-detail tracking continue in the platform until your decision. And every report of ours also states what we did NOT check.
A check that errored or returned no result — its credit is refunded to your account automatically, no need to ask. A check that produced a full report counts as completed, even when its recommendation is “be careful” — that answer is worth money too.
No. Purchased credits stay in your account until you use them, and subscription credits are added to the same balance every month.
An official Paddle receipt by email, immediately on payment (in US dollars). Paddle is the Merchant of Record — the official seller — and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
From a verified DDS sending address, with the message signed in your name and company — so the manufacturer sees a real contact, and their reply lands straight back in the platform, translated and waiting for you.

Yes — a limited track for businesses that want to follow the product's development closely, and influence priorities. The product itself is open to everyone today; details on the application page.
