Check the manufacturer. Before you pay them.
An evidence file on the manufacturer you're weighing, plus a ranked shortlist of alternatives. From there the outreach, replies and quotes are managed through to a reasoned recommendation.
DDS is an AI supplier-discovery and due-diligence platform: enter a product or a manufacturer's name — the system finds candidates in public sources, rates risk, and prepares outreach drafts, each send on your approval.
The report structure exactly as it renders. Manufacturer names are masked on the public page.
Full report in ~10 minutes
Every finding backed by cited sources
Failed check — never charged
AI proposes — you decide
One check before the payment — instead of a surprise after.
Start with a single manufacturer check. Continue to a managed relationship — through to a confident decision.
A reliability check before every payment.
Enter a manufacturer or product — and get a full report: manufacturers found in public sources with source links, a risk rating, what we checked and what still needs verifying, and ready-to-send outreach drafts. Failed checks are never charged.
See how we checkFrom first outreach to the deposit.
You approve with a click — the outreach goes out. The factory replies — you read it translated, and one click analyzes it: the quote extracted and compared side by side, AI drafting the follow-up. And if the beneficiary details the manufacturer stated change between analyzed replies — a prominent warning, before any money moves.
How it works, step by stepAI helps. The user decides. The system remembers.
Four things that separate DDS from every other way to check a manufacturer — before your money leaves.
Open sources, not “trust us”.
Every finding in the report links to a public source you can open and read yourself. Evidence — not an opaque score.
We also tell you what we didn't check.
Every report states what was checked, what wasn't, and what to verify before paying. Decision support — not a guarantee.
Nothing is sent without your approval.
Every outreach and every reply to a manufacturer goes out only after your click — and you see every word, in English and Hebrew.
No finding ever gets lost.
Checks, manufacturers and conversations stay in your account — reopenable at any time and exportable to PDF. Not in an inbox, not in a spreadsheet.
10 risk categories. On every manufacturer.
Before you pay, we rate risk across ten dimensions — each backed by sources you can open and read yourself.
- Identity
- Real manufacturer
- Product fit
- Quality & certificates
- Production capacity
- Logistics
- Commercial reliability
- Communication
- Regulation & compliance
- Fraud & misrepresentation
In every report we also show what we couldn't yet verify:
we also tell you what we did NOT check.
The check is the beginning. Not the end.
Most importers get stuck right after the report — facing an inbox, in a foreign language, unsure what to ask. This is where the platform carries on for you.
Describe your import — or name a manufacturer
One free-text sentence. No forms, no integrations.
Get an evidence file and a ranked shortlist
A risk score and confidence level per candidate, sources that open in a click, and what still needs verifying.
Three outreach drafts wait for your approval
One for each of the top three, written around that manufacturer's specific risks — and asking for certificates and documents. Without your click, nothing is sent.
The platform sends, captures and translates
The email is sent for you, signed in your name. The reply is captured into the platform and translated; one click analyses it — quote, questions, flags — and the next message is drafted for your approval.
Silent manufacturer? A reminder goes out after 3 days
The platform drafts the reminder, you approve it, and it is sent. This is what brings back manufacturers you had written off.
Quotes are compared — and you get a recommendation
Price, minimum order, lead time and payment terms — extracted from every reply and compared on a fair basis. Then: who is safest to start with, and why.
4/6
In a real outreach round: sent to 6 manufacturers. Two replied.
After the reminder round went out — two more replied. Four out of six. That is the difference between “I sent it and nobody came back” and four open conversations.
The figure above is one real outreach round — not an average. Reply rates vary by category, season and the quality of the approach.
Got questions?
A full report: manufacturers found in public sources with source links, a risk rating for each, what was checked and what still needs verifying (a confidence level), warning flags and points to clarify, and ready-to-send outreach drafts. (Tracking of beneficiary-detail changes across the correspondence — on the monthly subscription.) The report is decision support, not a guarantee — the decision is always yours.
A credit is the platform's unit of work. A full manufacturer check = one credit. A deep analysis of a manufacturer's reply received in the platform (quote extraction, their questions, spec mismatches — attachments included) = one credit, once per reply. Reply translation, follow-up drafts, and quote comparison don't consume credits.
Usually 10–12 minutes, 15 at most. You can close the window — we'll email you a link to the report as soon as it's ready, and it's saved to your account as well.
Only after your explicit approval, and only on the subscription. No message leaves without your click — not the first outreach and not a follow-up. You see every draft in English and Hebrew before sending, and the platform shows a delivery receipt for every email that went out.
We don't verify a factory's physical existence, shipping history, certificate authenticity with issuing bodies, or bank-account ownership — and we say so in every report, right next to what we did check. A DDS check is public-evidence gathering and analysis with open sources — a decision-support tool, not an insurance certificate. Before transferring money, always verify payment details by phone with the manufacturer.
