The Roadmap
We wrote the rulebook. Now we turn on the engine.
Five AI agents, written in code. Each one knows what it may do, what it may not, and when it must stop and ask a human. 202 tests passing. Not live yet — by design.
Where we stand — in facts
The writing phase is done. The running phase begins.
Two things are live today: a working website with the /apply funnel, discovery calls on Cal.com, analytics, and an email system. In the code sit 5 AI agents — each defined across 12 fields: its role, which data it may read, what it may not decide on its own, when it must hand off to a human, and what it must log.
The code passes 202 automated tests, with zero failures. What isn't running yet: connecting the agents to live supplier data. That's the next step — and it's why the pilot is capped at 20.
Three phases. No fog.
What stands. What we're connecting. What opens next.
- 01
What already stands
5 AI agents written in code, with a full behavioral contract. A live site, a pilot form, discovery calls, email, analytics. 202 tests passing. The code is on GitHub.
- 02
What we're connecting now
Wiring the agents to real supplier data — catalogs, prices, lead times, quality certifications. Every connection goes through manual review before it goes live. No invented date — just a steady sequence of work.
- 03
What opens after that
A closed beta for the 20 founding partners only. After them — public launch. Dates get published only once the system works for 20 real customers — not before.
Architecture in the open
Five AI agents. Each with one job. And one limit.
Competitors hide their architecture — we're publishing ours before it even runs. Every agent knows what it's allowed to do, and when it must stop and get a human's approval. This isn't theory — it's written in code and verified by 202 tests.
- 01
Orchestrator
Conducts the whole system. Breaks the request into tasks and calls the right agents. Doesn't sign, doesn't pay, doesn't close on its own.
- 02
Supplier Finder
Finds potential suppliers from verified sources. Doesn't sign, doesn't promise — presents a list for approval.
- 03
Supplier Verifier
Checks licensing, track record, credit risk, and fit to the requirement. Red flags go to a human within 24 hours.
- 04
Quality Auditor
Filters verified suppliers against your quality criteria. Never invents data it doesn't have.
- 05
Supplier Outreach
Drafts the initial outreach to suppliers. A human actually sends it. The agent never impersonates you.
AI searches. The user approves. The system remembers. Every decision passes through you — the agents don't sign, don't pay, and don't close without you.
Transparency, not marketing
What we won't promise — and why that's your edge.
Most software vendors promise a launch date, a savings percentage, an integration in 30 days. We wrote the agents before we switched them on, published this roadmap before we charged a cent, and brought the code to 202 passing tests before we sent you this link. Four things we won't do — because you don't need to lie to fill 20 spots.
- 01
We won't invent launch dates.
When the engine goes live, you'll know. Until then, no date — a fake date is just a lie with a calendar on it.
- 02
We won't raise the price on our 20 founding partners.
Locked for 24 months from the day you join. Never higher.
- 03
We won't trap you in a long contract.
Each founding partner sets a personal exit clause on the intro call. Miss the milestones, you walk — no argument.
- 04
We won't promise savings we can't back.
Every number — in a deck or on a call — rests on real data or your own intro call. Never on marketing.
Code complete. Roadmap open. Now we connect it to your supply chain.
20 spots for founding partners. Closes 01.09.2026. No upfront payment. A 20-minute intro call — we show you the code, you decide whether you're in.
